Physical Products (if applicable)

If we offer physical products from time to time, returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping. To initiate a return, email [email protected] with your order details.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be granted only in the following limited circumstances:

• Duplicate purchase of the same digital product (accidental double charge).
