You agree to bring any claim related to this Agreement within one (1) year of when the claim arose. Claims brought later are barred.

11. Refund Policy

Individual customers may request a full refund of any product within 30 days of purchase, for any reason.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, along with our Privacy Policy and any other posted guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and ToddFalcone.com regarding use of the Site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect.
